• Church projects with mixed uses including classrooms, gymnasiums, and daycare
• Governmental and civic projects including town halls, state house, post offices and distribution facility, town offices and police, and senior centers
• Healthcare projects including hospitals, medical office buildings, Alzheimer's care, and nursing homes
• Hospitality projects including work on many popular "brands" (thirty plus new and renovation projects)
• Multi-family projects including transitional housing, apartments, townhouses, condominiums, and HUD rehabs
• Office, industrial, lab, and warehouse projects including corporate headquarters and various types of manufacturing facilities, some with high-hazard contents, and many projects with firewalls (large buildings)
